Demolition and eight-storey new-build of Wolsey Mill, conserving a five-storey corner section including a plaque depicting Cardinal Wolsey for reuse. The new building is designed to replicate a ‘factory’ converted to living accommodation and provides 63 Extra-care and 40 general needs flats. Winner of the 2011 FBE Building of the Year Award.
